Mr. Robyn Rademacher
Email: rrademacher@lqpv.org

My name is Robyn Rademacher. I am a 4th grade teacher at Appleton-Milan Elementary. This is my 8th year with LqPV. I have taught 6 years in Milan and 1 year in Madison as a 1st grade teacher. Previous to that I taught 2 years at RCW and 1 year in Eden Prairie. In Appleton I teach Reading, Spelling, Language, Social and Science.

I am married to my wife Andria and we have two children: Gretchen (8) and Peyton (2). Gretchen is in the 2nd grade in A-M and is very active in anything that she can be in. Peyton is now at the stage where he is talking more and more and never sits still. We live in the tiny town of Rosen. It is nice and quiet and close to Grandpa and Grandma’s house. We do travel a lot as my wife also works in Appleton at Concepts where she is a stylist. Also, in our family is our two Golden Retrievers; Brandi & Kernal and our cat Abby.

After graduating from Bellingham I attended Willmar C.C where I received my A.A degree. From there I went to Mankato State and received by B.A in Elementary Ed. In the future I would like to continue my education and get my masters in Sports Management.

When not in the classroom you can find me in the gym. I have been the LqPV Boys Basketball Coach for the past 7 years. It is very different then working with Elementary kids. It is nice to see the kids I taught as 4th graders grow into “young men”. I also love to spend time in the fall outdoors. In the Fall, there is a good chance you can find me in the field Pheasant hunting with my 2 dogs. I also enjoy deer hunting, and in the Summer I am the manager of the Rosen Express Baseball Team. Also, I own/operate my own Lawn Business in the summer time.

I am very excited to be teaching 4th grade this year in A-M. It is nice to be with such a wonderful staff and the kids are Fantastic! Every day it is a new experience and that is what drew me to education.

My goal is simple. I believe in the three F’s: Firm, Fair and the Friendly will Follow. Treat ALL kids the same and they’ll ALL know what your expectations are. I would like to think that my classroom is a fun and engaging place that kids enjoy being in. It take great pride having the opportunity to work with your most precious asset, CHILDREN!

You may reach me at A-M at 289-1114 between the time of 8:20-9:00, or by my email address which is listed above.
