Internet & Email Basics

With financial support from the Blandin Foundation,  arranged by Federated Telephone Co-op, we are offering this class in two  sessions at a reduced fee. Beginners and participants from previous classes are  encouraged to attend. Come with your questions. You may choose to attend one or both sessions.
 

Email Basics

Learn how to properly format and send, reply, and  forward email using the email program Outlook Express.

Learn about various search engines and directories,  how to navigate, search for information, avoid security dangers, save and organize favorite web sites.

FREE BASIC COMPUTER CLASSES

Learn how to use a computer or enhance computer knowledge

Offered through any ABE site as well as online

8-16 hours of instruction

 

Modules include:

  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Basic Internet Skills
  • Basic Email Skills
  • Basic Window Skills
  • Basic Word Processing Skills

Computer Tutorials

Community Education will schedule late afternoon and evening classes for adults who are in career and job transition or considering going back to school.
