LQPV MIDDLE SCHOOL (5th & 6th Grade) CONFERENCES

WHERE:  LqPV High School (Middle School Wing)

  • Enter Door #14, #15, or #16 on South End of the Building

WHEN:  Thursday, November 18th  3:30 – 7:30 PM Tuesday, November 23rd  3:30 – 7:30 PM

  • More specific information will be coming home in the near future.  Specific times will be set up with homeroom teachers to meet.  These time slots will be in 15-minute increments.

Adjusted Schedules for Middle School Conferences:

Mrs. Blom (Art) – November 18th – 3:30 – 5:00 & November 23rd – 3:30-4:30

Ms. Duffield (5th and 6th Band Lessons) – November 18th & 23rd – 3:30-5:15

Mr. Felton (Music/Choir) – November 18th & 23rd – 3:30 – 5:30

Mr. Voorhees (Phy Ed.) – November 23rd – 3:30-7:30

Ms. Wittnebel-Schlieman (Social Worker) – November 23rd – 3:30-6:30

Ms. Hayden (Speech) – November 18th – 6:00-7:30 & November 23rd – 3:30-5:30

Mrs. Jones (ELL) – November 18th – 3:30-5:30

Mrs. Markworth is on maternity leave.

Please mark these dates on your calendars.  Classroom teachers will soon be in the process of setting individual conference dates.  They will try their best to accommodate the needs of as many families as possible.  Watch for these notices to come home in the near future.

MS Book Fair:

Runs from Monday, November 15th – Tuesday, November 23rd during the school day.  It will also be open during Middle School Conference Nights on Thursday, November 18th and Tuesday, November 23rd from 3:30-7:30 pm in the Media Center.

ELEMENTARY CONFERENCES

Madison-Marietta-Nassau and Appleton-Milan: 

November 18th and 23rd. 4:00pm--8:00pm

Specific times will be set up with homeroom teachers. Scheduled times will be mailed on November 9th.

 

*Community Open House events will also occur on these dates:

Appleton-Milan on Thursday, Nov. 18th 

Madison-Marietta-Nassau on Tuesday, Nov. 23rd
