Food shortages are nationwide and Lac qui Parle Valley school district is also experiencing unavailable items or last-minute replacements due to supply chain interruptions, limited product availability, transportation challenges, and labor shortages.
Menu changes are likely during this time, however, all students will continue to be offered free meals that meet menu requirements and nutrition standards.
